The State Government in Australia is giving Housing Construction Grants for people who want to make their own home. They are giving cash grants upto $32,000. The Government has announced a $8500 grant and just double the home owner's grant to $15,000.

Property builders are so happy to give extra bonus to first time home owner's grant, they can save $32,000.
