In Australia, there is a similar program have been introduced in which you can get $7,000. Now it is changed, according to NSW(New South Wales), on 18th January 2013, the first time home buyer incentive for existing properties have been reinstated. The $7,000 first home owners grant for existing properties and now it has been replaced with a $15,000 grant for new building. This will be again reinstated from 1st January 2014.

Steps undertaken

1. You need to collect your documents like ID proof like driver license, social security number, your children's birth certificate
2. Now you need a grant writer for writing your proposal i.e. a letter which explains your and your family hard situation.
3. Go to the Department of Housing and Urban Development official website and searh for the eligible grant and confirm your eligibility
4. Go to Grants.gov and apply for the said grants with your grants proposal after registering

Thats all, these are the four steps you have to pass through while applying for the housing grants. You can search private grants also in your nearest foundations, non profit organizations or churches or you can contact your state government with the help of NGOs.

NSI Awarded Property Grant to buy for the Development of School and Community Facility

The North Susitna Institute(NSI) is going to provide grant for property and renovation the the building. They recently received a property grant. I have read an article and would like to share with you. The Rasmuson group has awarded grant to NSI worth $150,000 on 5th December.
