First home buyers grants for existing properties


Friends, first of all I will brief you about First Time Home Buyer Property Grants.

First Time Home Buyer Grants

A First Time Home Buyer Grants is basically target for those who are going to buy their first home. They do not have to repay the grant different than loan of debt. First time Home Buyer grants have been given by various non profit foundations and governments.

HUD(The United States Department of Housing and Urban Development) provide the grants for first time home buyer grants.

Australia

In Australia, there is a similar program have been introduced in which you can get $7,000. Now it is changed, according to NSW(New South Wales), on 18th January 2013, the first time home buyer incentive for existing properties have been reinstated. The $7,000 first home owners grant for existing properties and now it has been replaced with a $15,000 grant for new building. This will be again reinstated from 1st January 2014.
